72 Locations help!!!

Have a few questions regarding this achievement.

I'm at 69/72 and first of all was wondering if I started playing the game Christmas day dos the Gas Station automatically count as 2 locations?

Second the guide says riverside is in the south by the boat but when walking through a somewhat more north part of the city it says RIVERSIDE in my bottom left hand corner of the TV

Third I had a location count as 69 that is not on the list. Quarantine counted as my 69 spot and isn't in the guide.

I can't remember if i missed any for the prison and am raping this city trying to make sure i don't miss any

Also had Drowned Hope and Queenscliffe appear in the bottom left as i've been walking around....also not locations on the list. I'm checking them off as i see them pop up but some aren't on the list to check off

any help would be great....really dont want to go to the prison and end up with 71/72 at the end
