Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires was my first 100%
Then Dynasty Warriors: Gundam, and Samurai Warriors 2: Empires shortly thereafter. |

Small Arms, mind you it only has 200 gamerscore and the achievements are really easy.

The first 100% for arcade for me was Banjo-Kazooie.
The first 100% for retail was Dragon Age: Origins all DLC included as well before I completed anything else. |

my first 100% was an arcade title (200): Golden Axe,
but my first 1000 was Skylanders: Spyro's adventure.

Sadly mass effect 1/2/3 are the only games ive taken the time to get 100% on. Starting to enjoy completing games thought, so i may go back to old games and try for 100% with them

Mine was..
Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. I loved that game, and when I finally got that last achievement it was one of my happiest and geekiest moments.

My very first game was RE5. Of course i've since restarted with a new gamertag (due to complications... long sad horrible story) so its not 100% anymore...

Like many here, my 1st was fallout 3. Didn't really start out aiming for 100%, just the story related ones. Would finish one, look for the next. Whilst I was getting them, noticed a few easy ones I could get. Before long, I realized all were in my ability to get, and the rest is history.
