cross platform saves?

I read that cross platform saves were going to be a thing. Anyone know how to load an xbob one to a phone? Or is it limited to what devices can be used?

No, it's not limited. You just click on Campaign and Continue and it should load up whatever progress you've made so far.

I've been experiencing issues though with the progress achievements, i.e. they unlock on one but not the other even after multiple replays.

I made a save before each story achievement (literally the attack before beating every 4th level). I loaded those saves up on each other device and finished the round to unlock those achievements.
