Achievement Progress Bar Not Filled

When I look at my achievements progress bar, it's incomplete. I have 20+ games completed but when I look at them, the bar is not filled up. No matter what device I look at my account on, it's the same. Ideas?

Just some clear fault that may rectify itself, not come across this before though :/

Does it say 50/50 or 1000/1000 and is not filled up? Or does it say something like 1000/1250 and is not filled up? I've come across this once or twice before, usually relating to DLC.

I can't see the picture, but if this is the same problem I'm having you have to go to My Profile then click on My Achievements. You will see that even games that are completed do not fill either of the achievement/point bars.
