How is Shaq Unlocked?

just as the title says; how is shaq unlocked?

according to the internet he is unlocked by beating the CPU in SMASH remix. this is incorrect.

i've looked through all of the jam challenges and there is nothing in there about him being unlocked either.

i searched this forum and still found nothing about unlocking him.

EDIT: turns out shaq IS unlocked from beating the CPU in SMASH remix. you don't get any notification that he is unlocked, but if you look through the characters on the magic he's there.

did you try smash mode with the magic? I did the smash with orlando magic on my first try and got the orlando shaq unlock playing against the cavs.

on the app u unlock him by beating Classic Campaign with the Magic, but I'm 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% sure that's NOT how u do it on the 360
