Where to buy?

I can only get the free version with no achievements on Windows 8. Where can I get the version with achievements?

Not out yet. There'll be an update whenever they get around to Live enabling it.

EDIT: There'll probably be an update. Most other Win8 games have been free until the update. Everyone that gets them before they're live enabled don't pay for the upgrade, everyone after does. Considering this is free with pay for add-ons at the moment though, I'm not as sure...

All right. I just thought it's out because Zebrasqual have played Cut The Rope and it says Windows in the game tile, not Windows Phone

Update is live that enables Xbox functionality though. Servers are still down though.

Also, you can play the first 5 levels for free, but afterwards you need to update to the full version for $4.99 USD. Still unsure if you can still earn achievements in the free version (in just the first 5 levels).

For sure you cannot complete the game, but may be able to pick up 50 points or more out of 200.

you can get 10/19 achievements from the free version, way more than 50 gs

In Ireland the choice has become dire. With HMV gone we now have Gamestop with their near monopoly of the market and a poor selection in Tesco's supermarkets. So looks like online sales will explode
