Demo Coming to North America Next Month

It is already available, but locked to Japanese Xbox LIVE/PSN accounts.

here are three ways to play the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo: buy a copy of the Zone of Enders HD Collection, live in Japan, or wait one month.

The Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo is out now in Japan, but it is region locked, which means you can download it with a faux Japanese account, but you won't be able to play it in North America. Konami is promising that the demo will be available in January for North American Xbox 360s and PlayStation 3s.

Might test to see if it will work now, otherwise I will have to find another method.

Any luck? iBuzz, I know of a way to get and play it, but you have to have a modded box do play it. I don't and it makes me sad.

Gamespot just posted this like 10min ago. Konami gave them an official date for the demo. Jan. 22

So... can anyone confirm that the demo is up, I don't want to move my Xbox downstairs unless I'm sure its going to be there.

I was surprised to log onto live this afternoon and see the demo up and all available for download just like that. Gonna give this a whirl soon.
