Damn It!!! just got 980/1000 on my first playthrough. I didn't read about this achievement till i was at the end of memory block 2, didn't want to start again after collecting so many flags and stuff.
Oh well, time to start again to get the final 20G but will be much easier this time without all the flags & templars, etc to collect/kill

Thanks for the guide, this really helped me, even after i missed the first one the first playthrough cause i forgot, but picked it all up on the second playthrough and now 100% the game. Thanks!

Sorry if this was already asked, there was SO much to sift thru & i hadnt seen it...is there any way to track which dialogues you've already been thru with Lucy? That would be super helpful if there was!
Also, i really wanted to add how AWESOME this Guide was! Thank you so very much for taking all the time to post this tedious information for others! Its definitely been very helpful to me!

So... I decided that did the entire game again and on the final memory block conversation... she sat against the Aminus and I was NOT able to interact with her! Anybdy else had this issue?!

I can't believe that I went through the entire game to find out that an achievement that I am missing is the fairly un-engaging dialogue outside of the killing and awesomeness that is the animus.

Just powered through my second playthrough of this game to get this achievement. The entire game within 36 hours real time is pretty rough with all these boring missions. Just glad I didn't miss any of them. Now 200 flags and 54 templars to go >.>

Helped a lot, thanks! But I think I lost some conversations at the very beginning of the game when she said to looking for info at the computer. After that I simply went to my room without talk to her again.

I missed the conversation after the first Memory Block, leaving me with only 980/1000 for this game. With this guide however, I'll be able to get it on my second playthrough which will be MUCH easier without having to get all of the collectables AND doing those pain in the balls Informant Missions.

So.. do i have to start a whole new game to get this one? as in start all over and play thru every single level all over again with none of my abilities? or is there a new game+ type option where i can start over but have everything? took me years to actually bring myself to finish the game.. not looking forward to playing it AGAIN (although i guess i could do the minimum number of things required to get to the bosses which would cut down time)

Had to play the storyline over again
My first play through I was aware of this achievement but did not get it. Angry with this I didn't play the game for about 7 months. I tried again today and got it very happy and this guide also helped allot. Thanks
