Here is a list of all missions for the Reaper Understudy achievement...

LUNA has three missions

- A Friendly Welcome
- Walk Before You Run
- Take Down

MGS Sentience has two missions

- Missing Link
- Showdown

Giza II only has one

- Pumped

Ghost Fleet has the final two

- Practice Makes Perfect
- Smooth Moves

All the Ghost Fleet ones wont be all available at the beginning, as you progress through the story more of those missions will unlock.
