Gold Guide DLC 11-1 to 11-6 ??

Hi there

i just registered on the Forum. Read a few month the awesome guides tipps and tricks from you guys but now i must register me

Am i only one where suck in the DLC?
I get only on 11-2 Gold the Rest i totally suck.

Is there anyone out there who has maybe a few tricks or guides to get this Levels of Doom ?

I too am looking for help/tricks/anything on levels 11-4 through 11-6. I can barely get silver on those levels.

For level 11-1, this is what I did;

First shot- Aimed at the middle score token at about half power. Tried to guide it into the hot goblin by curving left while aiming for the middle of the archway at the bottom (just open space where I was aiming). When the bomb shot was in the middle of the archway I detonated it collapsing the entire archway and usually some of the surrounding castle.

Second shot- Aimed at the score token on the left again at about half power. My goal here was to curve the shot to the right to line up the speed shot with the entire left wall. When I was low to the ground in front of the first tower I activated the speed shot. It took out the entire left wall and the red satchel charge at the back destroyed part of the rear wall.

Third shot- Aimed the lift shot at the score token on the right then curved it to the left. Hit the right side of the front wall/tower and destroyed the large tower behind it as well.

Fourth shot- There should be three towers (I think, maybe just two. Going off memory alone here) and part of the front and rear wall remaining. I aimed for the three towers and tried to get the score token between the first two as well. I did have to use a mulligan to get enough points.

I barely beat Sir Wreckington's (or whatever his name is) score so there is probably a better way but this worked for me.

For 11-3, this is what I did;

First shot- I aimed as far left as I could, arching the speed shot pretty high. Ideally, I was hoping to get both score tokens, curve to the right, and take out the entire left wall with the shot. I actually missed both score tokens but was able to take out the entire left wall. I activated the speed shot almost at ground level. Little bit of luck needed on this shot.

Second shot- I aimed the bomb shot at the middle of the large castle. I made sure the thin layer of wall above the indestructible wall was highlighted though. I waited for the hot goblin to move into my aim. I released the shot, swiping upwards once. I was able to hit the hot goblin and I let the bomb shot explode on its own, taking out most of the large castle. I was never able to completely destroy that castle though.

Third shot- I aimed at the right "bounce" icon then grabbed the very close 5k score token. I curved a little to the right, then a lot to the left to line up the speed shot with the three towers on the right wall. Once activated, the speed shot blew up the right red satchel charge and took out all three towers, the entire right wall, and a couple of houses below. Using my method, you must destroy all three towers here.

Fourth shot- I was already at a x5 multiplier and I did the math to know I needed 17,631 points on this last shot. I aimed for the very top of the 10k score icon. I swiped up once, hit the score icon, hit the tower behind the icon which also blew up the remaining red satchel charge. I was hoping for a good bounce to hit some of the remaining large castle but that didn't happen. Even without that I still got a little over 20k. That put me at 464,847, barely over the 450k needed.

Probably not the best method but its all I could get to work.

Again, if anyone has anything to add for levels 11-4, 11-5, or 11-6 please post them here.

For 11-4:
This level is a bit tricky but if once you do it right it's very enjoyable.
The secret is to aim your first lift shot right and take out 2 buldings at once.

First shot: Aim your lift shot with full power to the left, collecting the spring shield. Start curving right aiming to fly above the left castle. Use 2 of your lift activations to reach another spring shield above the left castle. After you collect it start curvin' like there's no tommorow... With a bit of luck you should reach the left wall of the central castle so that you are facing the right castle. Use the last of your lift activations just before you hit the castle so that you have enough power to take both castles out. I got a x3 multiplier and something around 290 points at the end of the shot.

Second shot: Aim for the spring shield and collect the 10k bonus icon. curve to the left and "enter" the castle from the top. Detonate once you're close to the tower. This should give you 4x multiplier and enough points for gold

Third shot: There wasn't much left to wreck so I just collected some bonus icons on the right

For 11-5

First shot: Aim to the right with not too much power so that you have enough time for curving. The goal is to shot to the right and curve to the left so that your first shot takes both the towers down. I've taken most of the right tower and the whole left tower leaving my with 3x multiplier and somewhere around 200K points. At the end of the shot I was half-way to 4x so I think with some skill and luck this shot can earn you even more points.

Second shot: I've taken out the rest of the right tower and well as the right end of the bridge. This shot was worth only 75k (thanks to a do-over bonus) and I was still at 3x

Third shot: With the split shot take the whole wall and collect all 4 bonus icons. This requires some luck but will get you 50k points and a 4x multiplier. At the end of this shot I've already got gold

Forth shot: I used it to get a 5k bonus icon and blow up the gate.

I've finally managed to get gold on all levels

For 11-6:

First shot: Aim your basic shot to the left so that you take the goblin for a ride and hit the 5k bonus icon. If done right this should take out all of the left wall and a few more charges. At the end of this shot I've got a 2x multiplier (close to 3x) and 100K points.

Second shot: You want to hit the lighting shield on the right so that you hit the spring shield as well. Remember that every bonus counts: I've fired at low power and activated the lift shot close to ground to get daredevil bonus. I've also collected one of the 5K bonus icons. Aim forward then curve to the right. At the end of this shot I've got a 3x multiplier (halfway to 4x) and somewhere around 200K points.

Third shot: The goal is to collect as many bonus icons as you can, hit the gate and detonate the charges at the back tower. This gave me 220K points with a 4x multiplier which was enough for gold

While I was not able to get gold medals following your guides exactly, they did open my eyes to different possibilities that I did not see before. Thanks again and good luck to everyone. Hopefully this will help you out.

Is there a particular part of my guide you're having trouble with? I can only offer a "better" explanation/description as that was the only thing I could get to work after many, many attempts.

Oops, actually my fault. I was reading shot 2 wrong. I got it, thanks a ton. You do not mind if I use your solutions in my Guide and Roadmap do you?

No, I don't mind. It is already up as a solution on TA though.

Yes I know. I voted it positive. This site is in a never ending quest to get an achievement guide and roadmap for each and every game and DLC. This would update the current achievement guide and roadmap since it doesn't include the DLC.
