Ok, this is embarrassing, I can't beat Serleena :(
When she picks you up and tries to eat you, I have no idea wtf I am supposed to do. There are no yellow spots to shoot after she picks you up. I've tried shooting her in the mouth but that isn't working for me either. I keep dying every single motherfucking time. There is nothing else I can see that you are supposed to shoot. Can anyone help?
 I'm gonna keep trying, will report back if I beat her

I beat her by switching guns. I was using the ice beam weapon and the other one, but neither of those worked. I switched to the pistol (not sure what its called exactly) and beat her easily with that. You need accuracy not rate of fire.

i am having the same prob but it doesnt work for me switching guns
if she picks me up, 1-2 times i can dmg her enough to drop me again but if she then picks me up again she kills me anyone help pleaseee |

If you look at her mouth when she picks you up the first time you will notice that she has 4 open petals (flaps, whatever you want to call them) and you have to shoot one. The second time she only has 3 open. Third time 2 open and 4th time 1 open. Basically you have to shoot the petal that is open. Hope that helps.

Press Y when she picks you up and you'll see her mouth petals are glowing red.
Target one and blast away, I just used the Triple Barrel thing. Each time she picks you up target a different one and she's history

Lol, I came here after I failed twice.
God knows how, I was spraying the open mouth with the Triblaster thing. No idea how I didn't hit that last petal. Then agian, didn't use Y so wasn't aiming for it, just sprayed into the mouth lol.

hit a stop there too, i used pistol for the first half and saved blaster for the last part cuz it was easier to blast away at her mouth
