where i can find a house or a storage room so i can put all my stuff? o just begin playing this game

Most containers in the game are safe. Victors shack in Goodsprings is a good place to start.
Once you get to New Vegas you are given a casino apartment and once you gain a good reputation with certain factions you are given access to safehouses.
The DLC Old World Blues gives you superb home base and you get a very good house from Dead Money as well.

thanks .. i have all dlc.....just trying to get most of the achievement in one playtrought

You also get a permanent hotel room in Novac that you can use to store stuff.

in novac i been there thats after "come fly with me quest" is completed can get thr house?

Early in the game, you really just need to sell stuff and keep your inventory moving. Of course the set up at the Casino is nice, but you will have to get there first.

I'm an incredible hoarder when it comes to items, went to the hotel room in Novac first and used that one as a base of operation till I got the lucky 38 suite in new vegas. Then I dropped my 3.300 pound collection in a mohave express dropbox to send it to new vegas.
The hotel suite in New vegas is really nice and has tons of save storages too. return often to for the well rested bonus and drop of unneeded items when needed.

yea the casino is a great place to go for a safe house i personaly like the place from old world blues for the simple fact less loading screens and easier to get to

Yes that is what I used too. Simple. Every new game I start I do Old World Blues DLC first to get the safe house.
