The trophy room keeps a souvenir from certain accomplishments throughout the game. Let's see if we can't figure out the whole collection.

So far I believe I have everything except the Night Blossom Trophy. I know I did everything possible on my last game but I skipped a ton of side missions for my Ultra Nightmare playthrough. Although, I have noticed that the Trophy Room will actually recognize some of the things you've done on the other save. For example, the Dev Graffiti Trophy was there the moment I unlocked the room even though I had only accomplished that on my other save file.
