finish story on hard then switch to easy for remaining achievements?

Hi I just started playing this and was wondering if this was a possibility. Since the achievement is only for finishing the story on hard I was wondering if you could speed through the story on hard get the achievement then switch to easy to get any non story related achievements missed?
