Dlc achievements missable?

I haven't started the dlc, but are any of the achieves missable like getting x # kills during mission y? Or can u replay the dlc missions?

Yes, there are missable achievements and you can't replay the DLC missions. Simply make a save before starting any of the DLC's just in case you forget a missable achievement.
