Brothers in arms

i have been playing MOHW online most of the day and i have added a few people to try and get this achievement but it won't unlock!!!! I have came first in several rounds with a buddy as my fire team partner and won several games and still nothing. Anybody have any ideas as why this may be happening?

I've been sending requests while playing today but they've all been ignored. As for your problem, I'm assuming you have to join the game as a pre-made fireteam maybe? Worth a shot anyway, send me a request because I need it too
