Glitched: No Easy Way Out

I got this on chapter 5 can't remember the episode. The one where you are protecting the equipment. Seems it can be any of this sort and it will unlock.

Confirmed:

• Needs to be Heroic
• You CAN die any number of times
• Only one sensor needs to survive
• Kill everything before activating final switch

This. Played on Solo Heroic, died a bunch, lost one generator but killed every enemy and it popped right before I pressed the final switch.
