Is this game fun? Are the achievements fun to get, and are they easy or hard? I'm just wondering, because I'm gonna rent this game soon.

the game is pretty easy, it was a long while ago i played it but i don't remember any hard achievements and it is actually quite good fun one of the better kids games

I found the same thing. Surf's up is quite fun, and most of it is very easy.

A few of the leaf slides and getting the last few idols was a bit annoying, but atleast the map makes it clear to see which events you missed them on.

Timewise I think it took 2 evenings, so you could easily finish it as a rental

True, it is incredibly easy but it is not incredibly boring. It's fun as hell. I'd rent it and if you really like it buy it.

I have to agree with Altair. I wouldn't recommend paying more than 10 bucks for this game, but it's definitely worth renting just for kicks. It's quite fun to surf and do tricks because each character has a different set of tricks.

The collectables can be a bit tedious to get if you're going for the 1000, but it's quite easy to obtain with a little work. I think it took me about 4 hours of play time total to get the full 1000, but I was watching football while playing it

I agree. Me and my mate loved this game. Don't really like surfing real life but this game rocked. Was too short just like the movie which was only like a hour. They should definately have put in multiplayer. It is one of the best kids games there is alongside cars

I'd say this is quite fun for about 2 hours of play then after that its same old crap which gets boring.
Rent for easy points!!!

Anyways, I didn't exactly enjoy the game, there are more fun easy 1ks out there. Although for the small level effort the game takes to max out, it's worth a rent.

This is the most fun I have ever had with a "kids" game. I don't mean that sarcastically either, this game is actually unexpectedly fun. I am actually enjoying working towards the 1k in this (which is also nice and quick

Just bought on the GoD sale, very cool game. It's a little annoying having to run several times each competition to get every collectible, but otherwise having a great time. Definitely worth 400msp. I realize it's a very old topic, but opinion might help people on the fence about getting on the sale.

I picked it up for $4.99 also along with a bunch of other games that were on sale. Just getting into this one but it seems reasonably fun and controls well.

Only 39nok / 480msp. Takes a while to download (5GB), hopefully worth it. Judging by the comments, it is.
