Anything like Patrician III?

I played P III a ton years ago. Ran perfectly on my old crappy Gateway computer...good times.

Is this game similar? Is it easy enough to play using the controller?

It's very similar to Patrician, I believe it's the same engine from the most recent Patrician game.

And yes, the controller works fine.
