Hard Mode and Speed Run. Help Please

How do you start these two modes. I can't seem to locate it anywhere. I really wanna play on these modes.

Since the update you have two choices on first menu: Main menu and extra ( i belive its named ). Choose extra. And then youll have the two choices you asked about.

Ok, I was under the impression that it was part of the auto update that I got, but actually had to go to the dashboard and under DD it was a free download item. Got it now.
