Unlocked Character Now Locked

For me, the Swedish spec ops guy was the first spec ops guy I unlocked.

I've got his marksman pin, confirmed by battlelog.

However, I just unlocked the Swedish sniper and my Swedish spec ops guy is now locked.

It says he will unlock at rank 27, but the fact he has now locked has me worried.

Anyone else ran into this?

Edit - I just checked a list, it says that guy is meant to unlock at lv27. How did I start with him, and how did I get the dd marksman pin? No one else shares his gun right?

The dd gun from the Swedish spec ops dude is also still unlocked for any other spec ops classes.

Edut2 - after restarting the game, Swedish dude is now unlocked again, even though im only level 20.
