Did a achievement glitch?

I got on gears 3 and it said I had 29/30 events done I don't know how it happened then I played a game and it gave me Socialite for 70G did my game glitch out?

Nope, Epic decided to give everybody 29/30 for the War Supporter medal because they can't always create new events and want to primarily focus their attention on other games and things.
