Has anyone even attempted to beat the game without dying?

I was kinda hoping someone would be crazy and get those two achievements for not dying. Anyone heard or seen or even attempted this? I'm sure its possible if you use level restart to do flawless runs of each level.

I can not see spending 10 + hours trying to not die, this game is way too hard and cheap
