wave 15 and 30

i got to wave 22 then died but no ache poppet up i was on armish level does anybody know if they had problems with this i should of got the 15 one.

you should get the achievement when you pass 15, not once you die..

were u playin coop? if you were dead on either wave 15 or 30 but your partner finished the level you wont get the achievement. this happened with my girlfriend, she died on wave 15 and it didn't pop, had to do it all over again
