Courses Not Unlocking
I have the gold medal for every available match in each course. I have the platinum cup for England, Africa, Greece, Mexico.
I have nine gold medals in Germany and eight gold medals in Iceland...but no more matches have unlocked. In total, I have 57 of each medal, and as far as I can tell, there is no way to get more. Is that how it's supposed to be?

Although it doesn't seem to affect achievements at all.

I am not sure what you are talking about. I cant remember the levels. Do you mean Greenland? or is there an Iceland level? I cant remember. Greenland is the last course. 57 medals I think is the max. Did you collect all the hidden medals. I think you unlocked everything
