Turbo Controller Helps?

Hey guys, I now hate this game but as with most people on this site, OCD compels me to try to get as many challenges as I can (I'd like to get 165,000).

So it seems a lot of games would benefit from using a turbo controller, but I'm not sure what many can handle it's been so long. Are there any good controllers out there that I can program to do things like constantly press A, spin the analog stick around for me over and over, and rapid fire the right and left triggers in succession?

I know this doesn't really help me with Bunny Hunt or the dancing games, but it seems worth a shot.
