Painful memories dlc - Page 2

does anybody know where the observation deck is? i've found the control room, operations, and visitor center but nowhere does it say observation nor have I gotten the achievement from getting yacht kills from these locations

I didn't even know this dlc had achievements. Why didn't x360a have any info about these?

5 new achievements for a total of 125G, which brings the Gamerscore total to 1375G for Max Payne 3.

to access the observation deck you need to play Gang Wars on Panama Canal and then go in front of the boat and face it, then turn your character to the right and you're supposed to see a part of the map that's not in any other game type (its a small white building)
