So in the first level, if I see the little sister and I haven't collected both of the audio tapes already, I have to restart? That's redonkulous.

I know the guide says to playthrough 1 time to get all the achievements I need to not spend any ADAM on anything but tonics, but I am wondering how much ADAM will be left over at the end if I get everything? I would like to know what I can spend on other stuff. Thank you in advance, and great guide.

I have this question: can you skip to pick these collectibles (except for the 5 audio diaries) until just before the final fight, and then come back for all (or the ones you have left), and then beat the game? Thanks

I know this is an old guide, but I still wanted to say thanks. After beating this game years ago, I decided to go back and try to complete the 1000gs. This guide really helped.

sorry im a few years behind but just wanted to know if harvesting/saving the glitched little sisters causes a problem for the achivos? Awesome guide aswell
