Edit: Just got this!!! Thanks to both Xx1337SniPerzxX and royalflush x5 for helping me out

a couple of hints on the most complicated missions:

Armor Pircing

There is a very good sniper spot after you kill the first guy, just get up the stairs a little behind at what is the first door you breach at "Wetowrk" and the enemies wioll come to you. You´ll have a long run for headshots. (Did this on solo)

High Explosive

Get to the house on the far left and use your gun at the windows. Place your third trace at the windows lower edge and fire once you see the guns... it should be headshots all around and a far easier way to get it done!!! (Credit also to Xx1337SniPerzxX for the help on this)

If you still don´t have this, when you give it a shot, at the end when you are making your way to the dinner take a long left using the cars as cover and finally the downed chopper... we found it to be a much easier way!!! (credit to Xx1337SniPerzxX for this as well)

I have all achievements. I can help anyone get 69 stars. I love spec ops and have done all missions many times. I know how to complete them in the shortest amount of time. It doesn't take long to knock out several of the missions.
