Reduce casting time?

Does anyone know if the reduce casting time skills stack? or does the better one just take over so to speak?

the better one takes over.

this is easy to see, equipt it, select a spell and it shows the cast time.

so eg. the cast time might be.

2-C none equipped
1-M reduce cast 1
1-C reduce cast 2
1-C reduce cast 1 and reduce cast 2

so can see in my example both the reduce cast 2 and and reduce cast 1+2 are the same meaning no stack effect.
