The following achievements will be obtainable weekly. This thread will keep you informed as to when the Spartan Ops achievements are achievable. Start Date: November 6, 2012 Halo 4 Launch Day!

Episode Released: November 6, 2012
Spartan Ops Episode 1: Departure Episode Description UNSC Infinity embarks on a mission to the Forerunner world of Requiem.
Obtainable Achievements  Completed a Spartan Ops Mission on any difficulty. Completed all chapters in Spartan Ops Episode 1 on Legendary difficulty. Completed a Spartan Ops chapter solo on Legendary. Found one of the RvB Easter Eggs in Spartan Ops. Assassinated a Knight in any Spartan Ops mission.

Episode Released: November 12, 2012
Spartan Ops Episode 2: Artifact Episode Description An artifact brought onboard Infinity endangers the crew.
Obtainable Achievements Saved at least one Marine in Chapter 3 of Episode 2 of Spartan Ops on Heroic or harder.

Spartan Ops Episode 5: Memento Mori Episode Description Infinity discovers the truth about Forerunner Prometheans.
In Ch 1, Ep 5 of Spartan Ops survived the enemy assault during the defense on Normal or harder. Completed Chapter 4, Episode 5 of Spartan Ops without losing a generator on Heroic or harder. Completed all chapters in the first 5 episodes of Spartan Ops on any difficulty.

After progress a bit until you see Knight first time in that chapter and you sneak behind cover and wait for him walk away and sneak to him then kill him behind (X button). If he saw you and shooting at you then run away from him and behind the any cover and wait for him walk back to his normal spot where he would stand and walk around there. Enjoy!!

Episode 1, Chapter 5 There is a switch/button you must press. Press it then look to the right of the button (on the bridge) and look down at the lava below. You will see a small chest. Zoom in/Scope in and shoot it to unlock the achievement.

Why not? Episodic content is a great way to make it seem fresh, as long as they make the episodes interesting, weekly DLC that is free(?). Good way for most players to keep coming back. That's my thought anyway, I'll certainly be coming back every week for more Halo goodness.

I love the Spartan ops and I love how they help level your Spartan, I do however find them astonishingly too short and easy. I've played them all on heroic up to now and breezed through them with team mates. They need to be much longer just as you start having really tough waves of enemies it ends :/

I have only got heroic games. If your going for the chieve you have unlimited spawns and the covenent killed don't respawn when you die so it's easier than you think by yourself....plus you get all the challenge points/xp etc

Has anybody unlocked the challenge "episode of legend?" I have completed it solo and still I have nothing. I just want to know if its bugged out just on me of if everyone can't get it.

Has anyone managed Chapter 3 - The Challenge solo Legendary by any chance? The infinitely respawning Watchers are kicking my ass right now.
 Edit: Never mind, they're not infinite, just a damn ton of em.

Too bad the difficulty is random in Spartan Ops matchmaking. They should give us an option to find games of said difficulty.
