"Two Betrayals" Achievements Glitchy

Okay, so my friends & me have been having problems on the level "Two Betrayals". My first friend can't get the achievement for killing no grunts on the level, we've been through it 3 times. I got it, but he can't seem to get it when all he does is stay back.

& today another friend & me played through it on Legendary without picking up any weapons & no achievement popped up at the end. Was it because we entered ghosts?

This level is causing nothing but trouble & I really don't want to go through it again. :/

Me and a friend ran through it on legendary and I got the achievement for killing no grunts and for not switching weapons but my friend didn't get either of them. He was the host too so obviously that doesn't matter. Not sure why it happens though.

I got it yesterday playing split screen with two controllers. I had no problems...

easy just have a friend kill all the grunts for you

The person that is trying to get the achievement CANNOT KILL ANYTHING. Basically have them move to safety at the beginning with the sentinels so they don't get killed, and then just use them as a spawn point. Have them stay in the back while you do the whole level. It will pop for them. That's how I got mine, then I had to run through and do the level so my boyfriend could get his.
