is there still an online community?

I played the game when it came out, but never played the multiplayer. I'm thinking of picking up the GOTY edition next week because it's on cheap.

I know a lot of the dlc stuff was MP centric, so is there still an online community and/or servers?

I came here to ask this exact question actually. I played it a lot when it first came out, and I had quite a fun time. If you do end up picking it up add me and we can play some coop/MP if you like.

Yeah there are heaps of people still playing this game. They mainly stick to the freeroam section of the game. Not so much in the gang matches and stuff.

I am not sure about normal mode, but in hardcore most people stick to free roam. The PVP rooms are dead thought which sucks because I still need a couple of achievements there. I might just bite the bullet and try normal PVP rooms and see how populated they are.

yes theres still quite a few people on i just picked it back up never got much into the multiplayer mode going for the online achievments now

definitely. i was on at 4am this morning & there were 18 people in free roam.

I just bought the GOTY the other day.. First time playing through the campaign atm but psyched for the MP..

I'll be really disappointed if no-one else is online..
