Yeah you could say Metallica or Disturbed is good for mowing down demons. But wake up and smell the blood you need straight up death metal! Cryptopsy, Morbid Angel, At The Gates, Bolt Thrower, etc. A hardcore game needs a hardcore soundtrack

Since I'm a die-hard Doom fan, I can't be bothered to hear anything other than the actual soundtrack, so I would go with a complete remaster and remake of the entire Doom II soundtrack by Dimaension X.

Anything 'Doomy' is pretty good for it.

No because there is nothing as epic as the original Doom music, even today I might blast it over my Ipod or play it when playing Dead Island or Deadspace.
