blood of terramorphus
does anyone know where to get the Blood of Terramorphus relic. A friend of mine has been looking for it and it won't appear.

He has been trying that but it never drops. in fact lately there have been no gold items at all dropping.

Legendary drops are exactly what they sound like -- legendary, therefore they are very rare and don't drop often, other than the guaranteed one class mod. So just keep trying and you'll get it eventually.
