The Complete Edition Q's

I started playing this several hours ago and am now on 'The Driver's Seat' Traffic case.

1. When will I be able to access 'The Badge Pursuit Challenge'?
2. Also why is there 4 discs? I thought the game was 3 discs long.

Edit: Found the 2 suits in Outfits by pressing Pause & found the Chicago Piano gun in the back of my squad car.

Edit: Found the 2 suits in Outfits by pressing Pause & found the Chicago Piano gun in the back of my squad car.

The fourth disk is for DLC, I believe, I'm not up to it yet, but I couldn't find a code for any DLC, so that's my assumption!

You have some really bad memory: the original game could barely manage 3 discs. The Complete Edition... COMPLETE... includes the DLC, therefore, the need for and extra disc as the DLC cannot fit within the 3 discs. LOGIC.

You can find the badges as early as the traffic desk, basically as soon as you become a detective. They are all at landmark locations listed here.
