Does anyone have any idea how you get this achivement?

yes.

choose WRC experience mode, single stage, WRC cars, any driver.

now choose the Acropolis rally, and then the Pissia track.

now just win with more than 5 seconds gap between you and the driver in 2nd place, you can check the time difference at the end of the race, easily done on beginner difficulty.
