How many hours have you put into the game - Page 4

I had about 370 hours on the PC (mods, mods, mods), and 160 on the Xbox. Probably the most time I've put in a game outside of TF2.

I'm giving serious thought to trying Oblivion again on the PC with OOO and Qarl's Texture Pack.

110 hours on my first normal playthru.

52 on my second speedrun. Don't know how the guide says 25.

edit- nevermind. Didn't know you could lower the difficulty. Tried it after on easy and the game is a joke. . Would of been way faster if played on easy.

I think Skyrim may top this, as I'm already over 40 hours in and have barely progressed in either the main story or the guild quests. So much to do!

I ain't sure, I just did the Questlines and Main Quest, easiet 1000G I have ever made, and have now traded the game in, not sure what else I can do with it.

That's because Oblivion has so much more that is memorable compared to Skyrim. Look at the characters for a start... It's been over a year since I've last played Oblivion, and yet I can rattle off a load of main characters who actually had personality, as opposed to Skyrim (last played a week or so ago) to which I can barely name three... Skyrim feels like more quantity than quality, they decided to pack as much as possible into the game and thought less on how each little item impacts the rest.

The only real memorable character for me is one who is just an easter egg... M'aiq The Liar. He had a more memorable personality than anyone else in the whole of Skyrim... although that might just be because I'm also remembering him from Oblivion.

Yes, some of the set pieces are nice, like when you fight a dragon for the first time, yet the aftermath completely kills it for me. Everyone stands around as though not much has happened, and the odd character here and there makes some inane comment about shouting.

Hey! Guys! I just killed a freaking dragon. Little respect, maybe? Little interest perhaps? No? Fine, I'll let you get eaten next time, see how you care then.

I looked yesterday and I'm over 220 hours and I'm a level 66 now. I did a lot of exploring at first and still do.

36 hours on a going for only achievements play through with a guide most the time. Before that I think I spent about 20 hours on another game but just went back and started over to finally finish it after skyrim.
