Something missing from the guide that might raise discussion is:

Q: Do you have to do all the objectives to get the Veteran of Midway/Hardened Veteran of Midway achievements?
A: You only have to complete the Primary Objectives, Both Secondary and Hidden Objectives make no difference.

I can confirm this from doing Hardened Veteran of Midway.

For the Medal of Honor Achievement, do you have to do it all in one battle, or can it be spread among several battles?

Same question goes along the lines, for the Distinguished Service Cross, do you have to down all 50 planes and 10 ships in the same battle or can it too, be spread over several battles?

Do the cheats block the achievements in this game?

no, the cheats do not block the achievements. BUT the mission select glitch does not work on veteran or the challenges. i tried several times. medal of honor must be done in one match and if you use the battleship to shot down 50 planes the distinguished service cross will not unlock for some reason. both me and my partner did not get it
