Yeah, I fellow named 'Panpreet' told me he "sent it to my Xbox". After inquiring what exactly he sent to my Xbox 360, be it a demon or some kind of sprit, he told me that I should check.

I have yet to find anything.

Shame. I really wanted to start this game. Figures they had to do this the DAY I started researching this game. Ugh.

I was going to buy AO2 the 40th day today and the $10 add on but of course they already discontinue that mask cheevo they haven`t even shut down the servers for this game and I can`t get it now. WTF EA!

There is a thread on this on the EA forum, and while they don't have a solution to it, there is updates which suggests there may be some light at the end of the tunnel:

Been checkin that topic as well, just recently bought it.

Its quite an awesome game. I was totally gonna make a pumpkin mask lol.

Just bought this game and was looking into creating a custom mask but it doesn't look like the issue has been fixed yet. Checked the forums and it seems the issue has been ongoing since September 2012.

Anybody have any new information or a work around?

can anyone that ACTUALLY HAS a CUSTOM MASK that might still look at this particular forum listing VERIFY if the custom mask is in a different file or not in your hard drive or mass storage device? thanks in advance...
