Online confusion

HOW do you pick a classic team online? for the achievement

also how do you use my player online?
everytime i select it it says you have to start a career.. i stated one and still nothing.. i'm assuming you have to retire/finish your career? if not any help would be appreciated

the myplayer one your talking about is not in mycareer mode its in blacktop mode you will find it under game modes. now for the classic team one all you have to do is play somone online with an old team. when you go online to play somone it will ask you what team you want. just look for like chicago bulls "the one jordan is in" or it can also be the 76ers the one iverson is in. just look at the name of the team it will have the year next to the team not hard to spot

thanks for the reply.. to confirm you can only play with historic team if you invite someone to a game. you can not do it in quick play.

and also i went to blacktop mode... it makes you pick 10 players and starts a street game. no option to play online
