Manager Tasks on FUT

I have already completed all 12 once and received the gold pack you get for doing so.
I have done them again and it came up saying a gold pack is in the "my packs" section of the store, but it isn't.

Is this a glitch or are you only able to win the gold pack once for doing the manager tasks?

I'd imagine only once because it's really easy and people would abuse it like hell.
