knights honor?

I got knights honor on my 2nd char which had 2 boss weapons, invader weapons, dragon tails and all the rare monster weapons and it popped when i joined gravelord covenant in ng+ *i was trying to get the miracle achievement*

also my 1st char had the other boss weapons except chaos blade and Greatshield of Artorias which my 2nd char had.
