VC vs. SP

VC or virtual credits VS. SP or skill points

when i started i had 1000 vc. i spent that on my player. well my stuff that i get now is sp. but when i play online i get vc. I am trying to figure out if you only get Vc for online and use it on accerisores compared to sp wher it improves your player

Have you ever played MyCareer offline? I'm pretty sure as soon as you play offline it converts your VC to SP and as far as I know you can't actually convert it back.
