Menu Leaked
 In order: Continue New Game Select Chapter Unlockables Options Extras Add-ons Quit Looks better than what I remember of the Blood Money menu.

Add-Ons could simply just be for all the pre order items that will probably all eventually be DLC.
But heres to hopeing its actual Missions and not just extra weapons and outfits.
