Crispy Critters? Where is the RPG?

Not sure what level it first shows up on. Played through twice and have never ran across it.

I believe there's another RPG right before the scorpions. It's after the fortification event, down one of the 3 paths that the objective marker is not pointing at, so don't fret if you missed the one in stage 10.
