Check your goals inside of Rock Band World. There's a goal called Free DLC Code Challenge. You have to do it yourself and earn 30 stars on songs in the Rock Band Blitz soundtrack, but they'll give you a free DLC code.

Just got mine; the code appears in your "completed goals" list. Regular 25 digit LIVE code, gives you 160 MS points. I presume it's up to your discretion to actually spend it on RB stuff.

I did mine this morning. NOTE: there are only 2000 US prizes and 500 UK prizes.

Even if they say that the contest is for US only, I live in France, and I received a valid code. All of this with my Facebook account set to a french address, and with a french Xbox Live account.
It says that there are 2000 prizes for Xbox, 500 for PS3.

I mean, it's reasonable. I considered breaking the system for a few minutes, but then went to bed, thinking better of it. But damn!
