"Celebration" Won't Unlock for me...

I completed every song on extended difficulty with at least 4 or more stars an Celebration won't unlock, has anyone else had this prob?

Yes, several people. I haven't found a way around it yet. I'm not willing to erase the save and try it all again just to get screwed again. This game is horrible for that. I have 3 glitched achievements so far.

I have heard starting again on save slot 2 works. I started on 2 and had no problems.
