Cant dual wield

Anyone got any clue as to why I cant dual wield anymore?
I picked the same loadout as always, and when the game starts im only holding 1 gun.
So I tried to empty out the loadout and set it up again, that didnt help. I tried to set up the dual wield in another un used loadout and that didnt help. I tried to dual wield 2 different guns, and that didnt help. I switched my avatar and that didnt help.
I think I have tried everything there is, and nothing has helped.
Anyone got any tips, suggestions or anything to get it so I can dual wield again????

You said when you started the match you only started with one gun. Did you hold the left bumper and then press up on the right stick to equip both guns?

OMFG. I feel like the biggest IDIOT right now. I was so pissed off and cussing out the game because I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to dual wield. I hit every button possible, but I never held one down. WOW WOW WOW

Probably doesn't help that its been well over 1 month since I played it last and since then I have played Battlefield 3, Sleeping dogs and many other games that require you to change guns, and of course they all change guns in a different way lol
