You really just have to be patient and practice. Pick up the P90 after you kill that 2nd/3rd guy, it really helps. Use cover and your flashes wisely.

Last hallway is one of the easiest parts. Once you kill the last guard who is hiding behind the seats on the left throw 2 flash bangs in front of you. Once those go off you can literally sprint to the end and skip the 2 or 3 guards who are waiting (as they should be stunned from your 2 flash bangs)...I hope this helps you

The first busy room is where I get stopped the most, it's ridiculous. My men NEVER take the guy to the right out as u go through that little office part after the toilet stabbing.

And for some reason, I get flashed I can't see for like 5 seconds, they get flashed and they walk right through it like nothing happened

Try killing guy in bathroom first. Then shoot the guy that is straight ahead with 1 shot and then quickly shoot the guy on the right you are having problems. I am usually able to throw a flashbang into the first room and have no problems. I would try the flashbang (make sure you look away though...)

wow, i was thinking of giving my 100% on COD4 another try this weekend. that video was by far the best ive seen on the mile high club mission, the step by step with pauses and description. for sure getting this done finally! lol

This was difficult, but I think after putting it off for so long, I had built it up into much more than it was. I would suggest watching a few videos to give you an idea of things to try. There are many ways to complete this stage. Don't try to copy any video exactly. The enemy reactions aren't always the same. Find a way (or different ways) that works for you and keep trying. Once you get to the end, and you will, run to the left of the hostage. Get as close as you can for an easy shot. Good luck!

Wow this one is kicking my ass. Only other level I had difficulty with was no fighting in the war room. Daaaammmnnnn!!!

Even still now it's a notorious achievement, I'm so glad I got it last week!
Just keep trying, it's really a mixture of luck and skill, knowing where the enemies come from and where you best throw a flash bang is important, but having the luck that one last bullet that would have send you back didnt get ya is needed as well
Don't blame yourself when it's not working on your first attempts, just keep trying and eventually you'll get it!

Ps. For my attempt I always tried to pick p a p90 if I found one along the way, the larger mags and faster reload helped out A LOT! But don't waste your time by looking for one either, again, a bit of luck helps...

got this cheevo years ago, but the pain and annoyance are still with me today. any1 trying it still, the secret is just perserverance. took me 3hours to do

that video guide in the first post is excellent.

had only attempted a couple of times before watching.

now less than half an hour later I have my 1000g.

completed it on recruit regular and hardened in quick succession before taking on veteran.

found it help to knife toilet guy then hipfire at guy in the doorway throwing the flash over his head.

pop out and spray the guys who are blinded and pick up the P90.

duck and reload and wait, pop the guys hiding round the corners in the T junction. flash the main room then run and lie down to the left. team clears the room. run up the stairs, flash to the right and head back down and up the left stairs. spray the guys.

pause and reload whilst pressed up against the wall in the middle. kill the shotgun guy waiting at the corner then flash the corridor on the right and run out spraying. knife the last unflashed guy and sprint to the doors.

headshot was easier on veteran imo as there is more head to aim for.

i finally got 'mile high club!' i've come to the conclusion that people who had an easy time, must've gotton lucky with the squad AI. i did the EXACT same strategy over and over, only thing that changes is how i get screwed over.

it was either half of the enemies dropping into last stand when i hipfire, or squad AI missing obvious targets. some enemies magically stand up halfway thru the flash duration, it was just aggrivating because i won by using the same strategy i used for forever. only thing that changed, is the game decided no BS on that particular run thru.

not to mention i shot the damn VIP TWO TIMES!!! lol the first time it happened last night i nearly cried, then after the second choke i was determined!

I got through this a while back. I literally sat down for 3 hours straight and memorized every last movement. My brain felt like sludge when I finally got it and my eyes burned like hell. Gaming just got intense!

I was expecting this to take ages but the other day i went and did it i didn't even get frustrated i was surprised. Once i got the VIP and another timer started i worried cause i had no idea where to go then i realized that it was just to jump out the door beside me.
